This Encyclopedia is the first virtual tour Encyclopedia, through which we may visit Syria from the tourism, natural, archeological, religious and entertainment point of view .

The Encyclopedia provides approximately 600 virtual traveling photos, of complete 360 ْ, through which, you may see the tourism location in its real three dimensions, from all the directions, upper to down, along with the enlargement and minimizing possibilities done from inside of the photo.
The Encyclopedia has been supplied with high and accurate digital photos recently collected through high technical cameras. The work team belonging to anasko of Developed Products has made a tour in Syria during June & April of 2004 to make almost 1000 digital photos for more than 130 archeological sites .

At the same time, another tourism guiders team along with some translators to write and translates information about the archeological sites already their photos are taken; surely, the authenticity, accuracy and safety of information have been taken into consideration in order the information to be authenticable and documental at the same time .

In addition to that, the Encyclopedia has been supplied by mixture of videos slides about the most important sites in Syria   where all their materials and information have been collected from various reliable sources already their photos have been taken .

Some archeological sites have been supplied by vertical drawings in order to make it easy for the visitors of these sites, where most of these drawings are connected with virtual traveling photos in order to see the sites in their real three dimensions .

The Encyclopedia is distinguished of availability of interactive map through a classification and searching system of the stages concerned on which all the cities, roads and railways, water areas, geographical area, tourism and archeological sites are clearly indicated .

The map again has been supplied with the enlargement and minimizing feature without making any deformity or defacement of the map, which has been drawn through Vectors system to be safe while being enlarged or minimized. The dealing with the map will be in interaction method, where the layers desired by the users can be appeared or concealed for the purpose of the researching operation and using of the map may be easier. It is very easy to find any item on the map through moving the code belonging to this item in using the concerned tools to give flashes inside the map in order to be distinguished from another factor or item available at the map .
